All you people upset that GMR and survival flight are throwing out huge raises. Could you imagine if we got a contract before the raises. We are in the best position to come out on top now

I bet the "negotiations team" declines the offer.  They need to be upfront on what the company comes back with.  Which they won't.  Wanna bet the comany makes 2 offers and walks away saying that's it. This will drag on for MONTHS

I believe the law requires that the union inform the membership of the last offer. If they don't the company will.

Yes, it will be months if not years. 

Read the posts here and within the local and you'll see what the company knows- a local without strong support. Your union is only as strong as the membership's support will fold and the initial contract will be generously interpretted by the company's labor attorneys.

I'm guessing you weren't at AMC before the union and the contract. There's a world of improvement. The compensation packeage may not have kept up with inflation, but you are getting overtime rates for overtime work, yes? Not, repeat NOT before the contract.
