DM has said previously that adjusting the payscale would be looked at every 2 years, so I wouldn't expect anything until 2024, but who knows. Rising tide lifts all ships, hopefully we see more of it in the years to come.

I'll be very surprised if PHI airmedical is still around in 2024. The mass exodus is only going to accelerate with other companies offering substantially more green stuff. They won't be able to staff the bases, resulting in closures and market contraction.

I guess the med folks forget that without a pilot they lose their flight suit, fancy NVG's and name badges.

Oil and gas doesn't even bother to do exit interviews. The last few people that left never got interviewed. It's a waste of time for both the company and the person leaving, because they know exactly why people are leaving. Its not some mystery that needs to be solved, just an issue that they hope to ignore for as long as possible. Thw whole kingdom is on fire, but as long as the workerbees can manage to run around and stomp a few fires out with endless workover, swapping aircraft several times a day, covering two or more contracts a day, etc... Its not a problem for the ivory tower. Until the fires start to burn the tower, there's no problem.
