How much was your GMR payraise? +0/-3

Since I work at a craphole BFE base that had a semi-annual retention bonus that is now gone I only ended up with a 6% payraise. Better than nothing, but not exactly jaw dropping, and still low for this type of work. |

Pretty simple, got a 14 percent raise, but after removing a base retention bonus that was nearly 10 percent of my base I ended up with 6% raise. Again, nice, but not really a game changer.
The $40k will buy 3 years from some, but none of this will draw people to the field. |

That you had a choice to keep your base retention or take the one-time 5K, you couldnt do both. The 14% had nothing to do with either of those, period. Now, if you did not get your 14%, then you might have a complaint, but your choice in bonus retention is on you. |

If you feel it's too low, find a better opportunity and move on. |

And they are trying to close the gate after the horse is already gone. Too little, too late. |
