I started with MTC this year and my base salary is now over $100K not including the $40,000 retention bonus over the next 3 years. IFR bonus will be added after training in a few weeks which wll bump it up a little more. I think this is a good pay adjustment and puts me where I should be for my qualifications/experience. |

That's awesome. I hope the insurance industry and Medicaid will continue to bare the lion's share of the wage and incentive increases. IMO, they won't. The incen you are currently enjoying are passed to the consumers who are already broke...thus the no surprises act we are seeing unfold. Cover your bases. |
