Nobody from Chief Pilot to RAM can tell you wether if your base has a retention bonus is it going away. Will we get the next one due this year, and it goes away next year? Does it stay? If not then the pay raise for my base won't be near as big as it would be. And that $5k minus the missing retention bonus this year won't amount to much.

How much was your bases retention bonus? You can choose opt in to keep that bonus, or you can opt in for the new 40k 3 year program. One or the other. |

Some folks don't pay attention. Who cares about the letters... Do the math yourself.
On your next check you should see a 14% raise and a $5000 retention.
After year 3 you will get another $40,000. |

Most letters are just now coming out. retention bonus is not by base. Everyone gets $5000 next check. Everyone gets $40,000 January 2026. There is no opt in/out or choose etc. it's all automatically done. Everyone is getting a raise. be patient. |

Dont forget your Geo is rolled into your base so your hourly rate changes and as a result so does your OT rate. Depending on how big your Geo is it can be a big difference over the year. |
