So my 20 years of part 135 experience...12 years of that with Metro and all of it with the same program was worth 4%. Not sure if I should be offended or grateful.

Seems the raise was to align pilot pay so pilots with similar HAA experience are making relative the same.

So with inflation at 8.6% you are exactly where you were two years ago. If the majority is unhappy with the latest round of raises they should tell management. If management comes up great if not.....

It's really closer to 25% adding those 3 items, and it's only gonna get worse.  Welcome to the great reset.

Apparently reading is hard for you. Go back and read the memo again.

The raise was NOT for how much expirence you have. It was to bring everyone in your region/program to the same level. The fact that you got only 4% means you were already quite highly paid. Some people in my region only go 0.5% I got significantly higher than you. Just means I undersold myself when I was originally highered.

If Metro just brought everyone in a region to the same pay regardless of experience, then anyone with experience needs to polish that old resume.  Plenty of places are hiring, and I guarantee that they will pay for quality experience.

It wasn't to get everyone to the same level in the region. It was to bring similarly experienced people up to the same level.

Example: Pilot A comes to Metro with 5 years of experience outside of metro and has worked for Metro for 5 years. Pilot B has been with Metro for 10 years with no previous EMS when hired. They should now be on the same pay level because the amount of 135 EMS experience is the same. Pilot A gets a raise to the 10year experience mark, and Pilot B gets a raise for his longevity however it is not as much of a raise.

Plus you also got/get the Metro usual 4% raise this year. So congrats on 8% so far. Not sure what all the complaining is about. Thats very good for HAA.
