what was your raise at Metro? Heard it's a pretty wide range. Rumors that GMR (med trans, Air Evac) are getting a raise as well. it be good to compare companies if we can get real data. |

Bristow pay raises were all over also, pilots got anywhere from 2%-13% depending on what schedule you work. Mechs got 3% across the board. |

Management will not care until they start losing revenue due to pilot staffing issues. Until pilots leave by the dozens each week, there is zero incentive for management to offer up any additional pay. |

Judging by your name and your response, you clearly are not in the helicopter world because that's exactly what is happening and what we are talking about. Raises are happening because people are leaving in droves. |
