I went through the interview recently. I interviewed in Texas, very relaxed interview! We did get lunch, talked about our families during lunch. At the interview the whole training process was explained to us plus the benefits package. I signed on and received a nice bonus plus my base pay increased about 20% over my last HEMS job (another three letter HEMS company). Overall I'm happy with the move to PHI. |

Written exam, formal / informal interview, lunch and eval flight.
WC the Chief Pilot is a great guy and the training staff is great. Came in with 10k hours of flight time, they appreciated the experience and never had a "my way or the highway" attitude. On the aviation side, great place. |
