Everyone at Metro check your Paylocity! There is a pay raise scheduled to apply to your salary starting June 30. It appears to fluctuate among how much each person is getting and since no communication has come out about it yet there is no obvious answer for why which people got that much but it's there. From people I've talked to it's between 4% - 10%. |

1.5 here ... seems like they wanted to do something, but still left everyone below the average. Better than nothing I suppose. I'm sure we will see something in a couple of days telling us how thankful we should be to have such great management watching out for us. |

Just saw my .33 cent/hr pay adjustment. $725/yr. Wish they would make an announcement about this. I've been in this business long enough to have had no raises and laid off, so Not much, but still thankful as long as management doesn't get on a high horse about it. |

Apparently there were consultants involved. Nobody can take a relatively simple problem, over complicate it so they can charge an absurd amount of money, then return an oversimplified and ultimately erroneous solution like a consultant can. Way to go Metro! |
