Med trans taking over PHI contract for Aspirus in Wisconsin. PHI is making AMC look like a thriving company at this point. Kinda sad a decade ago PHI was a decent company and place to work now they are paying 25k bonuses for med crew and dont have pilots to staff the base...love the slow burn going on here. |

Yes, taking over PHI Health 407, and customer owned 145 operated by AMC. However, it seems MT night minimums have caused some "pause". |

Regional pilots year one making more than most do in HEMS. HEMS is bleeding pilots. Little to zero new talent is in the pipeline like years past to pull from. Go look at any companies opening. Management still doesn't get it 🤣 |
