Sanctioned or approved by the union. It's. Almost like individuals can make a difference by making a choice on their own as individuals to effect the outcome of the issues plaguign them as individuals. Despite the whining and false tales told on here by the same guy over and over again, tou have the right as an individual to work when it is deemed  voluntary and the fact that we are non-scheduled operators eliminates the expectation that a company may have as argument in court. It you feel that not working voluntary workover is best for you or you want to use your earned sick or vacation time, go for it! It's yours and your right and not a single court has ruled or will ever rule to stop that.

all the garbage being pushed on here are nothing more than scare tactics Because not a single thing was done and the court in the citations lacked jurisdiction and were left with nothing more than a blind threat followed by a please stop after the courts were put in their place.

None of that happened.

The regionals are attempting to reduce or slow the number of pilots leaving for the majors.  regionals are losing pilots faster than they can hire new ones.

if the RW community was losing their experienced pilots faster than they could hire and train new ones, there would be pay increases too.

supply and demand people.

A buddy who just finished his version of regional airline INDOC just got a pay raise to $90/hr (guaranteed 75 hrs/mo; so $81K/year) and he isn't even on the line!!!

Dude, the raises are coming at crazy rates in the airplane world (ALL of them... not just the airlines).

HAA guys: abandon ship!!!

with fare price increases traffic may well slow down.  Flying as a passenger or pilot used to be fun.  Not now.  Go by train 🚂, car or walk.  Flying sucks these days.
