With a 22% raise for cost of living. This is in lieu of inflation and because they employ the best pilots in the industry. Thank you 109 union. |

Bristol Helicopters Ltd in the UK and worldwide came up with phenomenal pay rises because they recognized it was, er, either - or. They would win by keeping what they needed, aka, pilots, or, lose, probably to the likes of whatever.
A company either pays up, or gives up.
Recognizing reality is N O T difficult, unless you happen to be in management with ur head up ur ash. |

Military pilots have depressed the pay for years, and we all are paying the price. No difference if a civilian pilots works for free or low pay trying to get into the industry.
Know your worth, fight for good pay, and if a company does not pay, don't work there. |

has been a reality since retired pilots from the military continued in the civil sector, and, it is not the fault of the ex-military pilots. Yeup, supply and demand is what drives that reality.
Civil trained and no pension from anywhere? IWII. Sucks, but IWII.
Good advice, but, good luck too. |
