Why do we as pilots watch other pilots do bad things or make bad decisions, and do nothing.

Then a crash happens and everyone knows they should have said something but they don't.

Sometimes it's best to stay in your own cockpit.   Better have undeniable proof before you accuse another pilot of "do bad things or make bad decisions" .  I don't remember reading "bad" in the FAR's or the company OM.  If you think you have witnessed something that is so egregions and your company has a pathway to report, then make sure you sign your name to it and own the report. 

You all know who we are talking about.  The pilots with bad attitudes, bad decision making, etc.

Stay in your lane... really aviation is all our lane.

You have to get in the aircraft behind that guy, when he over toqures and does not say anything, does not pre flight, does not check things period.

What's sad is the industry as a whole is going down the tube, because we used to fire guys like this.

We have a few complacent pilots at our program and it pi$$es me off. No pre-flight, hate and complain about having to do their job, hot dog flying, etc. But then when it comes to compenstation they complain that they are not paid enough. Want to be paid like a professional then act like a professional. 

I stay in my lane but it's readily apparent to everyone else (including med crews) except the problem pilots and management.

This industry is filled with some really bad people, bad in character, bad in skill, etc.

You wonder why people hate this industry look in the mirror.

Just remember, the next time you damage something and hide it, over torque, hot start, etc when no one is around.... this speaks volumes of the kind of people who now fly helicopters.

The is why we have at PHI you can't turn or descend with an email, Metro the same, coming to AMC, just look at the near misses and accidents.

Man we need aviators not babies, wimps, and pilots with no integrity.
