They can barely hire and new pilots now. It is so bad AEL is now paying more than AMC and they give bonuses to their current pilots as AMC continues to deny it. But hey, AMC has a drone program....

Companies have always said that there is no need for a union. If that is true, then they should be paying more then a union shop. |

I've never worked for AEL, but they're doing things the right way treating their pilots right. Finally giving pilots pay they should've been getting the last 20+ years. If I leave where I am now, I'll definitely look at AEL |
