Usually the bigger the stipend and/or sign-on bonus, the harder that base is to fill, i.e. nobody wants to live in that town in the middle of nowhere North Dakota (that link is for Wiliston, ND). Which usually mean the cost of living is also pretty workable, although maybe not in Williston because its an oil and gas boom town. |
