No, but pilot noticed something was going wrong and got it on the ground before it completely disintegrated. Great choice and all 4 walked away.

Didn't want to trigger Tree Fiddy guy. The original H125 was a de havilland, redesignated to Hawker125.

Former blackhawk guy, new to the operation, and new to the Astar. From a close reliable source. 

Now, I'm highly interested in the report that the aircraft became inverted shortly before impact.

I've seen this happen with a new pilot in a 350B2 when the pilot got mixed up and turned the hydrualics off in stead of the search light. I don't know the switch layout on a B3, so that might not mean anything in this case. But, every time I see wires in the background of a picture of a balled up helicopter it raises other questions.
