Opening those bases won't solve the problem, the Company has trouble staffing the existing bases. PHI LFT REALLY needs to run the aviation side of things, let the med side stay in their own lane and tend to themselves.

Want to keep the talent you have? Simple air med pay should start no less than 100k and top out above 150k. Money talks! what moron who is less than 40 would stay there if they have dual qualifications? Tons of fixed wing jobs with better pay and benefits available right now. Bye Felicia!!!!
