they just want to hear some magical explanation than what they keep hearing....several of the Board members traveled around the country to different bases, asking and interviewing people and reviewing the bases....Believe me I met with one of them, and was anxious to sit and chat and actually took notes..he actually listened to a senior employee that has been around... they know what it takes to fix the company...they are just looking for another magical solution that is cheap and doesn't cost them money...well sorry chief...it takes $$$$$ to fix your base OOS times....at least AMC has been doing that for the past year, offering a additional $250-$300/day ON TOP of your daily OT rate to stay in service... |

But they could start by reversing the BS of 360. It should habe been named 180 because that's when air medical took a steep turn for the worst. Along with going to the latest maintenance leadership we have today. Clueless.... |
