Not sure what the disconnect is, but there was a time you could have a healthy debate about the dos and don'ts after an incident. Why is it always a mystery and considered tabu to talk about the what ifs?
Just an example.
1) NC, and a clogged oil line.
2) Bahamas, at night in a 139, classic cfit.
3) Texas R-44, racing a tailboom to the ground
4) Upstate NY, seemingly the same thing.
A week or so ago someone posted ADS-B data that now seems to have been scrubbed from a certain website.
Riddle me that?

Let's hear it. But are you going to say the pilot got himseof deep in VRS because the company had a history of doing this and the Bell instructor just sat there and let this all happen? |

What happens here is issues are brought up, then some really dastardly trolls decide if they want to get the issue deleted. And believe me, they are good at it. |

Have anyone wanting to post: Idenify by name, email address, affilation to topic (i.e. pilot, mechanic, manager, etc.) experience level. Not possible I know but honesty would level the playing field |
