Is for you to hate your job and we have been very successful. By hiring and retaining the laziest and most incompetent people in the business, we will continue this as long as it takes to run this place into the ground.

But we just got this HUGE raise, it's enough to fill your gas tank once a month. What more do you want? leadership? respect? man, you're asking a lot!

I noticed your comment said we as in you are still employed with PHi. Here's an idea, grow a pair let your legs do the talking instead of " talking"  on here. Your welcome!

Just saw AEL is starting SPIFR pilots pay between $109,000 and $113,000 base. I've been with PHI for 12+ years and don't make that. I'm sure HR will see this and throw a holy fit. Good luck bringing pilots back, D.

Since the parts purchasing has split with LFT the bills don't get paid and the vendors are cutting them off. They have to use a credit card to buy parts until the bills are paid. The next month it will be the same thing over again.

Still have a job, raises came through, fleet revisions coming in 2023 (maybe), all the work over you can handle, pay may not be the absolute best but it's pretty decent on the VFR side of things. Tomorrow's another day, try to make the best of it!

Poor *, he's been Hedonic adapted. Probably has a seat on the 8th floor working for the person in charge of micromanagement.
