You can only cary over so many days now before they $cash$ you out. If you're lucky, you get to use it. But I imagine they need someone to take work over before approving it. It is rare, but it does happen. |

Used to get 28 days PTO, with a bidding system for vacation each year. Era pilots shot themselves in the foot. |

You read it here first folks, union employees taking vacation caused Bristow's bankruptcy, which was saved at the last minute by replacing all the legacy Bristow managers with Era people and buying out the unions. Finally the truth comes out. |

Any reasonable person considering a job wants to know what the pay, benefits and PTO package are. So yah, it is everyone's business to know that Era (Bristow) has a crappy PTO policy. The employee manual literally says that 1:1 employees will not use PTO. |
