Won't be around in a couple years. They'll be bought out and a lot of the bases will be scuttled. It should tell you the disorganization in the company when the president has to send out numerous surveys ask employees how they should do management and upper management's job. on culture and survivability PHI AMG used to be tough to join...the Overthrow of Big AL by the AMG team of idiot clinicians...now PHI is at the Bottom of the list of any operator to work for....AND yes, i work for them as well...used to be a great company to work for....now the upper management just pats each other on the back and jerks each other off when they screw up or loose long term contracts they have had...absolutely disgraceful how management has destroyed this company....on the last conference call the PRESIDENT of AMG himself called the air medical side a "ambulance company".....not even a aviation company.....review the conference call....
BTW, since they announced Lake Jackson opening (spifr) and Flagstaff and other bases to open, where has that gone??? been over a year since they announced it and ZILCH...to say that you are opening new bases and when closing bases just balances out your numbers...doesn't make you grow....watch at least 6-7 more bases to close this year....They are run like a small local storefront....not like a corporation... |

Metro deals with Pilots/Mech.....PHI deals with Pilots/Mech/Clinicians etc...the only openings they have at Metro are Pilot positions pretty much....PHI has 2x-3x the number of Pilot openings as we speak...Hey if you enjoy your time at PHI and getting surveys from the President and the VP of HR on how they should run the company go ahead and enjoy....a ONCE good AMG company is now being ruined by clinicians running it and management that cares nothing for you....Zero on your opinion....they just pat each other on the back and jerk each other off when they close 2-3 bases and say "oh thats ok...better luck next time skippy. You tried"...... the turning point is when they lost those bases in AZ to MT who wasn't even around...and now look at Texas...and other bases that they promised to open and haven't in over 2yrs....sinking ship |
