The airline guys get an ACARS message about it. The helicopter pilot would find out by stepping in it, and have to do the cleanup himself. |

the pilots didn't even know about it until they got a text. A GOM pilot would've known immediatel.
ya think the airline pilot did anything beside call op's on the radio for a clean up crew? Then they left and got a nice cup of coffee while they waited for someone else to take care of the problem. Of course it probably took an hour off the 18 hour overnight in Fort Lauderdale <--- that part sucked
