What's the best New Balance shoe to get my 10,000 steps?
Oh, yeah, arthritic knees. |

New Balance sucks these days, 3rd world crappy builds. Used NB since the 80's 603's, 1300's for running etc.
Now it's Sketchers sport with memory foam for walking, your feet and knees will love you for the switch.
Opinion of course. |

Can confirm on the Skechers; their memory foam makes a big difference |

Concentrate on vertical shock absorption and internal medicine to help with knee lubrication. Glucosamine Chondroitin worked for me - takes awhile (few months) to really notice its positive effects. |
