conflict is going to be a stalemate with Crimea being demilitarized but still Russian and the Donbas Region integrated in to the Russian state with the remaining Ukraine taking up a neutral status which will work very well for the region, providing it is honored by Russia and others.

Eastern Europe will be far more militarized due to Russia's inability to work things out without resorting to violence.
