they had all new upgraded heavy captains start at step 17. don't know if that still applies. they were also paying pretty good retention bonuses but I'm guessing those are long gone. |

As of now, no bonuses at all, and that widly publicized step 17 bump has been revoked. Its a lateral move in step number on a different scale. Of course, always subject to change, but thats the way it goes now. |
