I think we'll just continue to pay the 3% in medical and surcharges. I doubt my covid and family charges go away next year. Rumor is there will be 100 a month flu shot charge. |

mechanics were waiting for a substantial increase after the 360 mess, and the bonuses that are being given to new employees,and the mess of Ramco V, I can see more people quitting, its not worth their time on a incompetent management group!!! |

I got a pretty nice raise from the 360 rollout (as a pilot). Granted, the raises have been few and far between since then, but look at my pay now vs where it'd be at if I stayed at AMC and I'm still making out better. Your milage may vary. |
