the functionality of that mess is waaaay in to question. The soft justice they're receiving will ruin their economy and there is absolutely nothing they can do about it, other than retaliate, which will finish the job on their government and infrastructure. |

I remember a year in RVN, without an R&R, and 10 months in the field with an M14. Have no doubt the moronic millenials of today couldn't even imagine that. |

and the cackling hen may schrew that up for our naive youngsters. A draft can come along in a heartbeat, or chemical attack, or whatever. Russia is going to achieve absolutely zero in Ukraine irrespective of their imagined security threat or land grab desires. They should have been far more persistent in discussing their issues, and yes , I know the history very well. |

I recall the Syrians and Egyptians but few others. I slogged thru Vietnam my first tour, then went to Flight School and the next Vietnam tour had more shooting, but a lot less misery. |
