on their Pay and Vacation etc???? Someone said on here that they offer better Vacation now rather than 5 days? and did they get a pay increase? |

Good question, if you are a good employee it really doesn't matter where you work. Please base your decision on many factors when looking at HAA companies. Training, Vacation, Medical costs, OT rate, Geo Mods, Equipment - not just aircraft but uniforms, boots and helmets etc. All the companies need pilots and you can negotiate your worth. |

i was just asking if their benefits got any better? Pay increase? Pay increase guarenteed? More Vacation time (than their 5 days offered) etc... |

hiring manager, it was starting $75k (experience or not) and 5days vacation....did they improve on that? I know they are offering Stipend sign on bonus's....just didn't know if the starting was different. |
