he asked HOW PHI put a 145 in the city with other operators....IT is a contract Dummy and the contract with the hospital required that....How is that hard to explain....instead of having a generic post, give more insight or you get what you asked for....Contract with the hospital required it...sooooo what is your point...plus those other programs aren't IFR include ARCH (real ifr flying)..lol..... |

its a signed IFR contract dummy....the pilots are NEW to the aircraft hence they can't go IFR for 6mo which is 2 of them....the other 2 are IFR pilots....i have filled in at that base flying IFR dummy.....so yeah it is |
