Anyone know if the rumours are true about the Columbia crews taking a 30% pay cut, having their tours extended and lots of people leaving? |

with Pilots when the war ended, and didn't do any layoffs when it happened...told alot of the PIC/SIC that they had work for them just so they didn't have a mass exodus and gaps to fill....Unfortunately for as big as they are and how they are owned they are restricted from doing Exclusive contract work in the US with the US forrest service etc like Coulson can.
Many of them left for Coulson and back to being CFI's flying R44 before the war began....All the big operators are seasonal...if you can handle that kind of Income great way to do utility...many though need more a structured pay sched. etc....I did utility life for many many years....it isn't for everyone and starting pay will get the deperate on board.... |
