Interested in the PNW.  Looking at LFN.  I've seen their benefits package.  I've talked to pilots that work there.  No one seems to know the payscsle or what the bottom of their pay scale is. What's step one on the payscale for a vfr position?  That'll give me a frame of reference.

Thanks for the info.  I don't need any other details complaints about the company.  I'm sure you'll give them to me anyway.
