Anyone flying the Airbus H135 T3 care to share the actual typical cruise speed. Does it really go the 136/7 kts that Airbus markets? What's the Vne?

OK idiot. I've never seen a VNE in a RFM listed in KM/HR. The Airbus website has a 136Kt Vne listed however it also lists that as the cruise speed. An EASA Type certificate data sheet shows the T2+ Vne as 155 KIAS and the T3 as 150KIAS. EASA isn't the FAA. I would like to know the actual FAA Vne and what a typical real world cruise speed is. Thanks for nothing.

Airspeed set to 130, GW@2900+, my FLI is just over OEI power limit (blue line), but torque is under MCP (69).  Slightly less weight i can cruise at 135 @ TQ of 67%.
