Employees then nothing will change.  Offering $5k per base for "remodleing" doesn't put food on the table and no incentive. Amazing they are that dumb to think that.  How about get the lazy managers out of their houses that were Clinicans and Pilots and make them fill in with their areas    

how about paying Employees retention bonuses yearly than and Match thr $15k-$25k they are paying NEW HIRES?  So a 10yr employee works at a baaw and gets no yearly bonus but a new hire gets $15k-$20k ?   Geez thanks.  I say keep the slow down going

Roll out. Mechanic shortage is here. Airlines are desperate and paying. Oil and gas is dead and will never be the same with electrification of our transportation industry underway. You might find something fighting fires, or utility, but Aviation in general is a schitt show I would never do again. Way too many negatives with million / billion dollar companies wanting you to sacrifice yourself and family for their gain of a few pennies. If you disagree, ask your doctor if a dose of trycoxagain is right for you.

Been involved in written and online surveys.  Never trusted the 'anonymity' aspect pushed by the sponsors so made a specific comment to see where it would go - Yeup, straight back to me.  Learned about water marks and digital bits etc.  That said, no fear, let it fly.

doesn't require a SIGNATURE or anything related to them finding out...it is put out by a third party for comments...not requiring a signature on it or employee ID....if you worked for the company and opened the email you would see that TROLL

Grow a set and tell it like it is, if you're AFRAID to speak or write your thoughts or opinions because you're AFRAID of blowback....you're their perfect employee. 

And yeah, I scorched them on the survey, the top is surrounded by "yes" minions, they need to hear reality.

  The problem is right in front of them they just don't want to hear it.  Get ride of "360", put med crews on the schedule they ask for OVER AND OVER AGAIN, and give raises! Its not that difficult! And put some integrity back in the so- called integrity they claim to represent.  Time for a change at the top -- all DIRECTORS/PRESIDENTS  MUST GO!

It always amazes me how many responders only guess and assume. "Round-Can" Geesh. They typically never have first-hand knowledge of who is compiling the data and for exactly what purpose. 

The surveys are not cheap and are, in addition to a litmus test, a way to bring to management's attention, issues that impact not only operations, but well-being and job satisfaction. Don't get your feelings hurt if YOUR suggestions are not acted upon. Don't assume your data is not considered. Unless of course it is like the responses I have just read. They are definately, if constructive, considered. Know that the surveys are not for the individual but the group as a whole. With a survey, you are given a voice so use it truthfully and constructively. One responder said "they want us to solve the company's problems"...what a moronic thing to say. Employees should take advantage of the opportunity to contribute to the success of the company that employes them. Its a business and you should be professional... 

Let it begin and fire at will...

Lol! you don't work for PHI do you? Current management likes to shoot the messenger if they don't like the message. Good news is they can't even fart without the investor board approval so the days of shooting the messenger might be over.

Your point about surveys is has some validity, however, several years ago they would put out surveys to get a feel for how the company was doing and what could be improved. Well they didn't like the responses so they ignored them, finally they just quit doing the surveys...I wonder why?
