Helicopter mechanics.  You heard right.  Contractor helicopter mechanics at Aramco haven't been paid in over 3 months with some even longer.  Some of the mechanics had to get a bank loan just to quit and buy an airline ticket to get home.  Some of the contractor pilots having trouble getting paid as well to INCLUDE not getting reimbursement for approved hotel and meals for mandatory training for their currency requirements.  

So if you think it's a great gig and like not getting paid then go for it.

a million times unfairly compared to the employees, and severly manipulated. Incurring massive amount non-reimbursable dept and forced vaccination and booster shots. Not getting paid is real while you watch certain individuals always getting paid early while others have to ask and beg to get paid.  

Don't fall for the circus and slave drivers.

and don't complain about not getting paid.  Others are running from or moved away from there own homeland and don't have a country to call home.  That's who Aramco is hiring.  The pay and benefits are absolute crap now and your lucky just to get paid late.

but their little pet pilots seem to have no trouble getting paid.  Reimbursment for expense?  Forget about it.  Also, new contract for consultant pilots pay got slashed and no pay for off hitch.  Hope you like going 4-5 months with no pay.  The system and lies to get your salary is all jacked up.

Contractors get paid whenever a group of managers aka Saudis and their admin clerks decide to show up and do their job and based on your popularity status.  In otherwords almost all contractors have no idea when the next paycheck is coming & yes, coming late.  Creates severe stress for those who have house payments and other obligations.  Pilots getting loans from other pilots and creating more credit to borrow from institutions to make ends meets.  Meanwhile, your immediate aviation management says "it's not us" and "I'm really sorry because it's wrong".... that does not pay the bills.  As far as getting reimbursed several thousands of dollars for internation travel, accommodation and meals for recurrent training takes 3 to 8 months.  Some have never been reimbursed at all because they using tricks to always kick back your paperwork.  Once you are in country they have you in their prison and in reality it's a game for them not to pay you.  Plus, you have no transportation and are confined to compound in the middle of nowhere with terrible food and a closet for a room.

from flight school who worked for them as a contractor.  Got stiffed on his last paycheck. Simply didn't pay him.  No way in hell would I work for them

Maybe just a matter of time before some pilot takes HIS helicopter and leaves?
