med crew no injuries, pilot mutiple fx including vertebral compression fx.

They don't stroke as advertised (yes, let the follow-up "stroke" comments follow)

They DEFINITELY will have back injuries (even the medcrew- they basically have the same Martin Baker style seats; they're garbage)

 

See the NTSB report on the EC-130 that went down in Hawaii that gives the stats on how many G-forces they took and how the seast DIDN'T stroke as advertised.
