How long does an EMS company keep records on file after a pilot leaves employment with them? Do incidents that didn't violate regulations but involved a letter in ones file for mistakes etc; get reported to new employers or to anyone who asks? |

Pria only looks at pilot records, not how easy or hard you are to get along with. |

NOTICE: On December 7, 2021, the Aviation Data Systems Branch will no longer accept FAA Form 8060-10 to request FAA records under PRIA. The requirement to review a pilot's FAA records under PRIA is still in effect and is expanded on by 14 CFR Part 111. Air carriers and operators who must review FAA records under PRIA and/or § 111.105 must use the Pilot Records Database (PRD) to obtain the records beginning December 7, 2021 in accordance with § 111.100(b) |

Fake news. You think that 135 companies keep track of every letter written against you even if it's not aviation related? And then sent to the next 135 you work for? Lol give me a break! Show me proof! cuz right now it sounds like you have never seen a pria report lol. |

You guys wonder why you're paid so low!!! § 135.63 Recordkeeping requirements. (b)Each certificate holder must keep each record required by paragraph (a)(3) of this section for at least 6 months, and must keep each record required by paragraphs (a)(4) and (a)(5) of this section for at least 12 months. Unreal how inept/lazy/stupid some pilots truly are!!! SMH!! |

Further investigation found that The old way of PRIA did go away. Now any pilot or company can log on to the Pilot Record Database (PRD) and check pilot records. Checked mine and I have a clean slate.

General pilot records kept iunder Pt 135 must be retained for 12 months.
Drug testing records under Pt 120 must be kept 5 years.
Pilot records kept in the PRD are forever.

Ya tardfux clearly don't know how it works, simple at that. 135 HAA operators have the highest responsibility to shine the best light on you when you depart their operation and advocate for your further success per the FAR's which dipShid clearly quoted above he didnt list subpart F which clearly says 135 certificate holders owe pilots the world and shall be forever thankful for their service. Y'all dumb AF. PRIA goes back 7 years and operators cant include disaplinary actions and won't burn you if your a Kunt. Fake news! Misinformation alternate facts disinformation. |
