Is this true, that Gov requires 7% of employees be handicapped? What kind of handicap can a pilot have and still be hired? Does the Gov reimburse HEMS companies to hire the handicapped? It all sounds bizarre! |

if a company doesn't meet the 7 percent, they are required break peoples legs, blind them, stick screw drivers in their ears, etc. until they meet the quota. |
