LL3 is much much higher and you won't get hired there. The names ya listed can't compete.

Air Methids Pay is superior due to more accra pay out and base stipends.  PHI is increasing benefits cost far beyond methods as well. PHI is still in cost cutting mode cancelled step increases and bankruptcy streamlining. If you want to make less money every year go to PHi.  Might be a good place to look at a few years from now but don't go now. They can't staff their bases and also just cut med crew hours.

And here I thought starting at $98K in the utility world with $75 flight hour / day VFR only 21/10 was not that good...

when you do the math and factor in the travel.

Halo-Flight starts about $90,000 not including stipends for ATP, IFR, Instructor. Performance bonus up to 10%. Insurance is 100% paid by company, 50% of family's insurance paid by company. 5% 401k match. PTO structured for shift work 7 days the first year. Education benefit of $2500 a year.
