The 7&7 shifts are generally for the pilots. Med crews do not work those shifts. Mechanics can be 5&2, sometimes 7&7. Each base/ program is different |

MTC Mechs usually work either a 15 on 5 off or a 21 on 6 off schedule. |

So. 20-21 days a month @ 24 hrs a day = about 240+ days a yr I belong to them. No thanks. Atleast 7&7 gets me 2 more months that are mine. Thanks for info. |
