How secure is PHI at University program in Cleveland. I know it's fairly new to PHI but I hear rumors that a change might be coming soon. Concerned about keeping my job. |

Pay cut from AMC???? Yeah hardly doubt that. AMC IS BOTTOM pay. Usually you are matched with experience if you are already there. Plus you get SPIFR higher pay with PHI. Like $12k-$15k MORE PHI pays. AMC pays like $5k if your lucky. Go back to AMC if your not happy or AMC Pool. |

You’re in helicopter aviation. There isn’t much real security anywhere. Companies fold, bases close, contracts may not get renewed, you might get on the wrong side of management. Be concerned with making sure you’ve got an option when it happens. |

I am a lead pilot" ....relax nancy...YOu don't know....your bases are doing 50-60 a month....because you aren't doing things the "old AMC way" then think about why you aren't with AMC anymore....MOVE ON, GO TO WORK, AND FLY |
