Required by law. She should stick to judging law, because she knows nothing of how law is made. There is no vaccine mandate law. Congress never introduced a bill, drew it up, got approval from both houses, then got the President's signature into law. So there is no way it could be law. It actually is not even an executive order yet, which as we all know, is not a law. |

And you should stick to flying helicopters... I'm pretty sure a federal judge knows a little more about what is a law and what is not a law than you do... I assume (hope?) you are better at flying helicopters than you are at interpreting the law. I know every bozo with Google now thinks there is no problem or issue in the universe that they can't "research on your own" in half an hour of Googling but the world is, indeed, more complicated than that. Force of law within the executive branch. And then, only temporarily until legislated. Also, if a law passed by congress, and signed into law by a President, conflicts with an Executive Order, the EO has no force of law. |
