The union, also hate when people do their own research. Maybe you can use that knowledge for some kind of leverage. The bizarre aspect is, that when a workforce is considering unionization, they are encouraged to research the union to determine for themselves if they are worthwhile to vote for. It's as if they are being asked to do their own research.

Then, there is a wealth of scientific information in the form of scientific studies, data, and evidence that what you refer to as science, is really opinion formed to achieve a political objective. And you underestimate your opponents by assuming they won't notice your subterfuge. If anyone does notice, you accuse them of being racist, privileged, or anti science. Try better to see what is easily available to disprove your crackpot allegations;

There's a old Bon Mot, "No company ever got a union that didn't deserve one."  So they are kind of just a fact of life.  If there were no unreasonable people in management there would be need for a formal organization to combat that unreasonableness.  Unfortunately, the most unreasonable of us tend to be promoted to the lowest levels of management, there to remain creating hate and discontent wherever they go.

Hate that unions support Democrats? Me too, but the Republican party (workers today) turned the unions (workers 100 years before) away long ago.

Is your union ineffective and wasteful?  Mine too, but I pay my dues to support my friends and coworkers because that's what good little helicopter pilots do.

Neither party has my (our) best interests in mind. But one party wants totalitarian control over every aspect of our lives and to steal all our money and property. The other just wants control over half of our lives and to steal half of our money.
