The "360 plan" screwed them pretty good. No reason to stay to put up with more BS, less pay if they can double it working normal shifts at hospitals. |

My god with this kind of thinking,,nurses and medics 5 years with the company will soon quit, all they had to do was give 2-3% raises/cost of living adjustmby and do away with 360, it worked for 70+ years with the real phi , medica mgmt side is trying to reinvent the wheel and failing miserabl!! |
