The "360 plan" screwed them pretty good. No reason to stay to put up with more BS, less pay if they can double it working normal shifts at hospitals.

My god with this kind of thinking,,nurses and medics 5 years with the company will soon quit, all they had to do was give 2-3% raises/cost of living adjustmby and do away with 360, it worked for 70+ years with the real phi , medica mgmt side is trying to reinvent the wheel and failing miserabl!!
