AMC is complying with the demean from union to vax, test, or exemption. severs hbs programs have and are getting letters from unions attorney and backing off the mandate already, just like AMC. Okay for all you people against the vaccine, I ask why?? Is because you don't trust it? Or is it a matter of personal freedom? The stats are there that more unvaccinated people are dying from Covid. (Lost two friends in the last 2 weeks from Covid and were unvaccinated and not super old, 61 and 46. My son got Covid and he had had one of the shots and was schedule for the other. Doctors feel he had it less severe than if he would have been unvaccinated. And, he is in perfect health and got hit hard. 

I can see lots of companies going to this. So, yeah it's your choice not to get vaccinated and it is their choice to not hire you or terminate you.

EMS operators bill Medicaid and Medicare and depend on those Federal dollars therefore they are mandated to have their employees vaccinated or risk losing funding. So yeah, everyone in the EMS field is going to be mandated to take the vaccine.
