  heard of Hippa?  Not sure if it would cover a state disclosure of citizen vax status but I suspect it could get a challenge.

Dude (if I'm guessing correctly), HIPAA is not applicable here. First, the government would be the ones mandating employers get this info, but 5he government should already know since the government keeps those shot records in the first place; and second, HIPAA is not applicable for an employee against his employer or the government. It is not protected health information.

your employer requires a First Class medical to be employed at their job site, are you not saying you sent have to disclose that information to them, and show them a copy of the certificate?

Medical is required by Federal law therefore the operator is required to assure you have a current one.  Without seeing a copy they can't, ergo, you have to give them a copy, or at least let them see it, or whatever, you get the point.
