Looking for a vendor that provides HEMS for short-term contracts. Need to cover 12 hours/day, 5 days a week for about 3 months. Any ideas? The big 3 (4?) aren't agile or creative enough to figure how to get out of their box to do this.

Location? Aircraft? What days/months?

The problem with short term contracts is that they may not cover the training expenses etc unless you have unlimited funds. It's hard enoughg for the big 3 or 4 to fill the slots that they have than to farm out some employees for three months. Depending on time of year and vacation schedule need this become imposibble. 

Might have suggested vendor who could do depending on location. State is good enough.
