If you need room why not a new 412, great avionics, new PT6-9 engines, proven track record, originally the airframe was for medical use.  More reliable, way better support, cheaper, what is not to like.

sure take them out of the smooth fast and quiet helicopter and put them into a noisy, slow vibrating machine.  um NO. 

 

If you do put them in the 412 please make sure you tip the hat like the Rock did Tongue Out

   ask why get out.  Second, ask what they don't like about the 76, thirdly try to solve their perceptions with the 76, and finally, if ya can't solve the conflicts start with giving them potential machines and the numbers.  Make sure you go to you Finance and Tax departments and discuss the numbers with them first.
