Our aircraft is so heavy that when the med interior is removed, the fuselage has stretch marks

the extent to which med crews think they own the helicopter/s and can do whatever they want, whenever they want, and tell no one who is legally responsible for the condition and care of the machine.

That was my biggest annoyance with med crews.  The rest was their childish behavior, which, if you've had children, is a walk in the park.
