I've interviewed with Metro amd Med Trans and even Era.  PHI still pays higher than all those even starting out pay.  Though Metro and Med Trans pay FULL MEDICAL.  So they low ball you $5000-$7000 less Starting.  But yeah They do pay higher.   Go out and see for yourself.  BTW yeah management are a bunch of worthless toads that don't even know how to turn on a light switch without saying "oh I have to ask HR". Retards

The problem with phi health's pay is that they are decentalizing from Lafayette, all those people in LFT have been there for years and know what they're doing. they(health) unplug from LFT and leave the mechanics holding the burden of making it work and keep the base in service. its not just the pay, its the workload and level of responsibility that makes the pay low. it's not apples(phi health) to apples(others).
